OUR TEAM

Joshua Orf-Rodriguez has practiced law for over a decade and has litigated tort cases involving negligence, wrongful death, civil rights violations, premises liability, roadway and crosswalk design, breach of contract, and defamation. He has served in both the private and public sectors, including as a law clerk for Division II of the Washington State Court of Appeals and as an Assistant Attorney General with the Washington State Attorney General’s Office. Joshua founded Orf Legal Group to continue his passion for defending governmental entities in personal injury litigation. In his free time, he enjoys running, playing guitar, fantasy sports, and spending time with his family.
